1979年生於法國格黑，居住、工作於巴黎和格黑；自法國國立第戎高等藝術學校畢業後，赴德進修於梅茲高等藝術學院。以都市景觀空間與城市概念為主題，聯展多次於法國與韓國。2008年與韓國藝術家聯展「虛擬的真實--Fictional Réalité」於南韓首爾 Skape Gallery，展出作品《延續中的城市--Ville continues》。朱利安‧奎聶特同時也從事寫作創作，著有《藝術與城市-- l’art et la ville》一書，於2005年出版。

周育正 Chou Yu-Cheng
1976年生於台北，工作、居住於台北；國立台灣藝術大學美術系畢業後赴法深造，就讀法國國立巴黎高等藝術學院與法國國立巴黎高等裝飾藝術學院後文憑研究影像及特效所，其後獲選進入法國國立巴黎高等藝術學院塞那河計畫創作。2008年受邀在美國科羅拉多州「丹佛市當代美術館」推出其個展。多次於台灣、法國、日本、韓國、美國等地舉辦個展或聯展。2009年獲選提名台新藝術獎年度視覺藝術類。

何欣怡 Ho Hsin-Yi
1979年生於台北，居住、工作於巴黎與台北；國立台灣師範大學美術學系畢業後隨即赴法深造，2008年獲法國國立巴黎高等藝術學院文憑，從事攝影及錄像影片裝置創作。2006年獲選參加瑞士日內瓦當代美術館館長 Christian Bernard 所主持的創作團隊。2010年以《攝影機拿好 不要動 不准笑 》一片獲選參加第32屆金穗影展，並入圍第32屆金穗獎最佳實驗片。近年投入紀錄片拍攝工作，並定期舉辦錄像藝術個展或聯展。

姜顯鬱 Kang Hyun Wook
1973年生於南韓，居住、工作於法國胡貝（Roubaix）。姜顯鬱在他完成黎摩吉藝術學院（Beaux‐arts de Limoges）的學業後，於菲諾爾法國國立當代影像工作室（Le Fresnoy‐ National studio for contemporary arts）駐村創作，在法國與韓國均參加過無數次聯展，特別是2009年在巴黎東京宮的展覽。

大衛‧拉尼葉 David Lasnier
1975年生於法國翁估蓮，居住、工作於馬賽與倫敦；普羅旺斯高等藝術學校畢業後，大衛 • 拉尼葉繼續就讀布爾吉與尼斯美術學院。他的作品大多以素描及錄像的表現手法呈現，同時也從事網路設計工作。其錄像作品曾於魁北克 Ovni 藝術季、法國、捷克、阿根廷、日本及瑞士等地播放。

李尚遠 Lee Sang Won
1978年生於韓國，在 Hongik 大學取得學士與碩士。近年作品以當代都會生活為探討主題，以平面繪畫和動畫的裝置藝術之方式呈現。作品表現出對於當代社會的冷靜觀察，透過繪畫描寫現代都會人生活中的場景，如休閒娛樂、工作、食衣住行等，內含對於當代人生活型態之諷刺與嘲笑，藉此重新思考群我關係。

真部剛一 Manabe Koichi
1974年生於日本岡山，目前於岡山居住與創作。真部剛一善於處理當代社會中的各種議題，近年來他多次與殘障者、年長者、以及流浪者合作；同時他也從事亞洲國際文化交流活動，並駐村於日本瀨戶群島。真部剛一多次於岡山執行社區藝術計畫，2009年他於岡山執行為當地兒童所設計的郵政計畫，此計畫同時也在中國山西省實施。

永島京子 Nagashima Kyoko
1970年生於東京，生活工作於巴黎與東京。自日本東京藝術大學畢業後，於2007年為了巴黎與東京城市交換計畫至法國 Le Cube當代數位藝術創作中心（LE CUBE - Centre de Création Numérique）駐村創作，在法國與日本均參加過無數次展覽。她同時也是東京360°藝廊的簽約藝術家。

吳有慶 Oh You Kyeong
1979年生於南韓釜山，於首爾藝術大學畢業後赴法深造，並取得法國國立巴黎高等藝術學院文憑。多次於南韓、法國、義大利舉辦聯展，2007年於巴黎韓國文化中心舉辦個展，2008年於巴黎獲年輕創作獎，同時獲選駐村於巴黎國際藝術村，現於首爾美術館南吉藝術工作室進行創作。

史帝芬‧皮夏赫 Stéphane Pichard
1968年生於法國農特荷。1993年畢業於法國國立巴黎高等藝術學院（ENSBA），後赴加拿大英國哥倫比亞大學攻讀藝術碩士學位，返法後曾於巴黎第八大學（Paris VIII）和國立視聽影像學院（Institut national de l'audiovisuel）繼續深造。史帝芬 • 皮夏赫目前任教於瑪爾梅森高等美術學院（École Supérieure d’Arts de Rueil-Malmaison），並主持Synapse 藝術駐村等計畫。

佐藤雅晴 Sato Masaharu
佐藤雅晴 Sato Masaharu
1973年生於日本大分市。長年居住於德國杜賽朵夫並活躍於歐洲藝術界。作品《avatar 11》曾獲日本第12回岡本太郎現代藝術獎之特別獎。佐藤長年以繪畫和動畫為創作主軸，作品與一般日本動漫風格不同，雖沒有具體故事的片段，卻能將現實世界的景象轉化為數位風景，以動畫表現隱藏在現代社會當中疏離的人際關係。

矢吹貴子 Yabuki Takako
1971年生於日本岡山，曾獲選駐村於巴黎國際藝術村，現於巴黎定居與創作。她於尼斯美術學院與巴黎第八大學的學業後，曾至菲諾爾法國國立當代影像藝術工作室（Le Fresnoy- National studio for contemporary arts）、Le Cube當代數位藝術創作中心（LE CUBE - Centre de Création Numérique）駐村，其後進入法國國立巴黎高等藝術學院參與塞那河計畫創作。其錄像影片作品多次參展於國際錄像藝術節，並獲得年輕創作奬。
